By undertaking one the Pedal Set Go courses you agree to the following:
- I confirm that I nor any member of my household have symptoms of Covid-19 or should be self-isolating under NSW health guidelines.
- I agree that I and/or my child maintain social distancing and practice safe hand hygiene during training sessions or events, except in case of emergency.
- I will contact Pedal Set Go if I and/or my child who took part in the training session or event develop any symptoms of Covid-19 within 48 hours of the session or event.
- I understand that during Covid-19 pandemic, it may be necessary to cancel and/or reschedule appointments at short notices due to changes in government restrictions or the need for instructors and mechanics to self-isolate.
